The Ukrainian war forced thousands of people to flee their homes and risk their lives as they struggled in freezing temperatures and stress. On March 20, 2022, the ‘spirit of Israel’ and the ‘Jewish Agency’ stepped up to help alleviate the humanitarian crisis and launched an operation to collect donations for the Ukrainian refugee population. Moreover, they turned to Agendot in order to maximize this effort. Here is what we did:

The campaign that used the hashtag #עכשיו_תורנו was created in just five days.

During the move, Bank Hapoalim enabled donations using a separate button in the bit app.

Broadcast Day occurred on the 19th day of the war, which was designated as a “humanitarian catastrophe.”

The schedule of Keshet12 was dedicated to the stories of the war victims- The highlight was a special broadcast on the program “Galit and Yoav” which included hacking interviews from Ben Gurion Airport and straight from the Ukrainian border with personal and moving stories from the refugees and letters from the Jewish Agency.

“Live at Night with Nadav Bornstein” concluded the move with the public’s generosity in donating equipment that was later loaded onto a plane in order to support refugees.

videos and promos produced especially for the broadcaster were broadcast throughout the day, while N12 and Mako promoted banner ads and articles on the topic.

The move performed beyond all expectations, raising donations totaling 1,274,484 NIS and 230 tons of equipment!
